Sailing Trips: We operate year-round as our excursions are rarely canceled due to weather. The wind is typically consistent, and any rain showers are usually brief.
Sea Conditions: Prepare for potential variability in sea conditions, but rest assured that the skipper will navigate safely and adjust plans as needed.
Temperature: Expect warm temperatures, so dress comfortably for tropical conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Company Rights: The company reserves the right to cancel a group excursion due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or vessel malfunctions.
Notification: Passengers will be informed as soon as the company is aware of any issues affecting the excursion. Only the captain is authorized to determine whether weather conditions permit the excursion.
Refunds: Adverse weather conditions alone will not qualify participants for a refund.
Cancellation by Customer: Deposits and/or balances are non-refundable if you cancel within 72 hours.
Weather-Related Changes: If conditions are unsuitable for sailing, we will attempt to reschedule. If no mutually agreeable date is found, the excursion will be canceled, and your deposit or balance will be refunded.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original booking. Note that bank fees may apply depending on the payment method.
Late Arrival: Any delay of more than 15 minutes may be treated as a cancellation, and the departure may proceed without you.
